基于AMESim的天然气管道紧急截断阀控制器仿真及性能实测
Simulation and Performance Measurement of Emergency Shutoff Valve Controller for Natural Gas Pipeline Based on AMESim
【摘要】 在长输管道天然气发生泄漏的情况下,天然气紧急截断阀能够实现可靠截断。利用AMESim液压仿真软件,对天然气紧急截断阀控制器的活塞控制阀门模型、二位四通连接阀门模型、手动复位阀门模型进行仿真,建立基于质量-弹簧-阻尼系统的二阶微分方程的数学模型,分析控制器阀芯位移动态响应特性。控制器在0.16 s之后达到稳定状态,切断整个系统的工作气路。最后进行了性能检测实验,实验结果与仿真实验过程一致。本研究为截断阀控制器的可靠性设计提供了理论基础。
【Abstract】 In the case of natural gas leakage in long distance pipeline,emergency shutoff valve can reliably cut off natural gas.The piston control valve model,two-position four-way connection valve model and manual reset valve model of the natural gas emergency shutoff valve controller are simulated using hydraulic simulation software AMESim.The second-order differential equation based on mass-spring-damp system is established,and the dynamic response characteristics of the valve core displacement of the controller are analyzed.The results show that,the controller achieves stable state after 0.16 seconds and cuts off the working gas path of the whole system.Finally,the performance testing experiment of the controller is carried out,and the experimental results are consistent with the simulation results.This study provides a theoretical basis for the reliable design of the shutoff valve controller.
