【摘要】 以陕西秦巴山区国家级重点经济贫困县L县N村为切入点,通过对当地干部和村民的问卷调研、跟踪随访,展开相应的脱贫对策研究。参考共享发展的理论,对现行帮扶模式下该村脱贫攻坚面临的困难进行分析,提出将"合村并居"作为解决该区域经济落后问题的主要对策、结合教育资源整合、医疗帮扶兜底、特色产业链搭建等配套组合策略,为政府科学决策提供理论参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper focuses on N Village, L County, one of the national key impoverished county in Qinba mountain area. It researches into the countermeasures against poverty by means of questionnaires and follow-up interviews with local cadres and villagers. According to the theory of shared development, this paper analyses challenges the village face in poverty alleviation under the current assistance model. It considers village combination as the main solution to economically backward in this region. It aims to provide theory guidance for government’s scientific decision-making by mixing together such strategies as integrated educational resources, available medical assistance and characteristic industrial chains development.更多还原
