【摘要】 作为高职教育对外开放的重要组成部分,非独立法人中外合作办学机构的地位和作用日趋突出。文章研究高职院校在申办非独立法人中外合作办学机构中如何科学选择外方合作院校;如何依托非独立法人中外合作办学机构,引进、转化国际优质教育资源,提升人才培养质量;如何建立健全体制、机制,保障机构平稳运行发展;如何搭建联合科研合作平台,共同开发课程、共建专业,反哺母体学校专业及课程建设;如何依托机构打造国际化师资团队,提升教育教学质量;如何形成办学特色,打造高职领域中外合作办学品牌等方面展开探索,旨在为高职院校新办非独立法人中外合作办学机构的平稳健康发展提供些许借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important part of the open policy of higher vocational education, the role of the non-independent legal entity’s Sino-foreign jointly-built institutions has become increasingly prominent. In this paper the authors conducted an in-depth research on the following topics, including how to select overseas cooperative universities; how to introduce and transform the advanced foreign educational resources to improve the quality of talents cultivation; how to establish and improve the system and mechanism to ensure the development of the colleges; how to construct a shared research platform to jointly develop courses and majors, in order to further promote the major and curriculum development of the colleges; how to establish an international faculty team and improve the quality of teaching based on the jointly-built colleges; how to establish a good brand with their unique school-running characteristic etc. The purpose of the study is to inspire higher vocational colleges in the process of establishment and development of Sino-foreign jointly-built institutions.更多还原
