论高职教师的专业发展阶段及发展需求特征

【摘要】 根据政策文本对教师的分类,可以将高职教师专业发展分为新教师、普通教师、骨干教师、专业带头人(优秀教师)和学科带头人等5个阶段,各发展阶段的教师拥有不同的特征、专业发展需求和重点。新教师的发展需求最为迫切,普通教师的发展需求最为复杂,骨干教师、专业负责人在负责课程、专业建设的同时,需要发展技术专长,学科带头人的专业发展具有高度自主性。高职院校应根据教师专业发展阶段组织开展相关发展活动。

【Abstract】 According to the official classification of higher vocational teachers, there are five stages in their professional development, which refer to new teachers, ordinary teachers, core teachers, major leaders(outstanding teachers) and academic leaders. Teachers in each developmental stage have different characteristics and professional development needs respectively. The development needs of new teachers are the most urgent, while the development needs of ordinary teachers are the most complex. Core teachers and major leaders need to develop their technical expertise along with taking charge of curriculum and major construction. Academic leaders have a highly autonomy in professional development. It is therefore essential for Higher vocational colleges carry out relevant development activities according to the different stages of teacher professional development.
