基于RFID和PLC的仓储物品信息监控系统设计
Design of the detection system of goods information based on RFID and PLC technology
【摘要】 为了实现出/入库仓储物品信息的准确快速识别和有效管理,开发了基于无线射频识别技术(RFID)、可编程序控制器(PLC)和组态监控技术的仓储物品信息监控系统。描述了系统设计原则、工作流程和控制要求。首先对出/入库仓储物品的存储地点、货架位置、类别等信息进行自定义编码,利用RFID卡作为存储介质存储该信息。然后构建了以PLC为控制核心,基于RFID、串行通信技术和组态监控技术的硬件系统结构,介绍了PLC物品信息获取和处理程序以及力控组态上位机监控程序的设计方法。实验结果表明,该系统实现了仓储物品信息的准确快速获取与处理、仓储物品状态实时更新显示、物品出/入库信息数据自动记录报表查询等功能,具有就地控制和远程控制两种控制方式,运行稳定、可靠,监控界面简洁直观,操作方便。
【Abstract】 In order to identify and manage the information of the import/export goods accurately,quickly and effectively,the detection system of goods information based on RFID,PLC and configuration technology was developed. The design principle of the system was discussed in the paper,the process and control demands were presented too. Firstly the import/export goods information such as storage site,shelf position and category etc. were encoded,and the code information was storage in RFID tag. The hardware network structure based on RFID,PLC,serial communication and configuration technology was established,and the designed method for the PLC control and PC supervisory program was introduced in brief. The test shows that the whole system has the function of acquiring and processing the goods information accurately and quickly,updating goods state,recording and querying goods item automatically. It has local and remote control mode,it works stably and reliably,and the human-machine interface is concise,distinct and convenient.
