【Abstract】 Escitalopram oxalate is a novel selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor. It has become a first-line anti-depressant drug widely used in the world because of the exact curative efficacy, wide range of adaptation, good tolerance to safety and few adverse reactions. It not only has a good antidepressant effect, but also shows certain efficacy in the treatment of general anxiety, panic disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder and cognitive dysfunction.
