【摘要】 高校高水平运动队已经在我国发展了几十年,但在招生制度,学训矛盾,内部管理等问题上仍存在着很多不足。为充分发挥高等院校高水平运动队的作用,研究运用文献资料研究法、专家访谈法和数理统计法等研究方法,就当前高校高水平运动队发展现状及其遇到的阻碍和困境等进行了较为细致的分析与研究,并就其存在问题提出了自己的对策与建议,该课题研究成果对于我国高校高水平运动队的发展有着现实意义和实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 High-level sports teams in colleges and universities have been developed in China for decades, but there are still many shortcomings in enrollment system, contradiction in learning and training, internal management and so on. In order to give full play to the role of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities, this paper studies and uses the methods of literature research, expert interview and mathematical statistics. This paper makes a detailed analysis and research on the present situation of the development of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities and the obstacles and difficulties encountered, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for their existing problems. The research results of this subject are of practical significance and practical value for the development of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities in China.更多还原
