【摘要】 通过对医院后勤外包项目前期采取3+1论证模式(主管科室论证、专业公司论证、相关科室论证以及特殊项目的专家论证),使得2016年污水站托管后运行成本比2014年下降了62%;净化项目服务满意度提高了约16%;电梯维保项目大幅度降低了电梯的月平均故障次数。该模式的应用规范了后勤外包项目的前期论证工作,降低了外包风险,为项目招标、实施及监管打下良好基础,提高了项目服务质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 In adoption of the 3+1 demonstration pattern of the hospital logistics outsourcing projects(i.e.the demonstration of the departments in charge;the demonstration of the professional companies;the demonstration of relevant departments;and the demonstration by experts of special projects),the operation cost of the sewage station had been reduced by 62%;the service satisfaction of the purification project had increased by 16%;and the elevator maintenance project had greatly reduced the number of monthly average failure of the elevator.The early stage of the demonstration work of the logistics outsourcing projects in hospital was standardized,the risk of hospital logistics outsourcing projects was effectively reduced,agood foundation for project bidding,implementation and supervision was laid and the quality of services of the projects was improved.更多还原
