智能预诊系统质量评价指标体系的构建研究
Construction of Quality Evaluation Index System of Intelligent Pre-Diagnosis System
【摘要】 目的为有效规范和评估智能预诊系统,需建立一套指标体系对其服务质量进行评价。方法基于"结构-过程-结果"和"技术接受模型"理论构建评价模型,采用德尔菲法构建指标体系,运用层次分析法对各个指标进行赋权。结果通过三轮咨询,最终确立了由3个一级指标、11个二级指标组成的智能预诊系统质量评价指标体系,指标体系的信度和结构效度良好。结论智能预诊系统的核心服务质量在于预诊结果,因此应提高预诊结果的准确性。
【Abstract】 Objective To effectively standardize and evaluate the intelligent pre-diagnosis system,a set of index system was established to evaluate its service quality. Methods The evaluation model was constructed based on the theories of "Structure-Process-Outcome" and "Technology Acceptance Model(TAM").The dimensions of the index system was established by Delphi method and weights of the indicators was analyzed by analytic hierarchy process. Results After three rounds of consultations,a set of intelligent pre-diagnosis system quality evaluation index system consisting of 3 first-level indicators and 11 second-level indicators was established with good reliability and structural validity. Conclusion The core quality of service of the intelligent pre-diagnosis system lied in the system’s pre-diagnosis results,so the accuracy of the pre-diagnosis results should be improved.
