【摘要】 目的调查癌症患者支持性照顾需求及未满足情况,提出相应建议措施,为提高肿瘤患者服务质量提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法选取研究患者,用癌症患者支持性照顾需求问卷开展横断面调查,运用Epidata软件录入数据,运用SPSS 24.0软件进行统计分析。结果患者支持性照顾需求得分由高到低依次是心理需求、健康信息需求、照顾支持需求、生理需求、性需求;支持性照顾需求未满足率由高到低依次是心理需求(63.28%)、生理需求是(60.88%)、性需求(56.80%)、健康信息需求(45.66%)、照顾与支持需求(44.22%);不同性别、居住地、费用支付方式以及婚姻状况对癌症患者支持性照顾需求有影响(P<0.05)。结论应进一步重视和关注癌症患者身心需求,医院、家庭、社会应有效链接,为患者实施全面评估,同时充分调动和整合资源,为癌症患者提供"全人""全家""全程""全队"的个体化服务,进一步提升患者在抗癌历程中的生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the supportive care needs of cancer patients and the unsatisfied conditions,to propose corresponding suggestions and measures for improvement of service quality for cancer patients. Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select the study patients,and a cross-sectional survey was conducted using the questionnaire of supportive care needs of cancer patients.The Epidata software was used to input data,and the SPSS24.0software was used for statistical analysis. Results The scores in each dimension of patients with supportive care needs from high to low were psychological demand,health information demand,care and support demand,physiological demand and sex demand.The rates of patients unmet care demand in each dimension were as follows:psychological demand of 63.28%,physiological demand of 60.88%,sex demand of 56.80%,health information demand of 45.66%,care and support demand of 44.22%.Each dimension of patients demand in different gender,residence,marital status and payment way was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Cancer patients physical and mental demands should be paid further attention,the hospital,family and society should make an effective link for patients to implement comprehensive assessment,furthermore,they should fully mobilize and integrate resources for cancer patients to provide the individualized service with "whole person", "whole family", "whole course" and "whole team",so as to further improve the patients’ life quality in the course of anti-canter.更多还原
