地质灾害变形管段在线应力超声测量技术

【摘要】 当油气管道受到土体的推动作用产生不均匀变形时会存在安全隐患,需对管道进行在线安全裕度的评估。基于声弹性理论,研究了变形管道在线应力超声测量技术,自主研发了一套油气管道在线应力超声测量专用装置,并进行现场工程应用尝试。结果表明,该技术是测量变形管段在线应力的有效手段,可为定量评价管道安全裕度和修复质量提供可靠的数据。

【Abstract】 When the oil and gas pipeline is promoted by soil to produce uneven deformation,there will be hidden dangers to safety,so it is necessary to evaluate the online safety margin of the pipeline.In this paper,based on the acoustic-elastic theory,the stress theory and method of testing deformed pipeline under operating conditions based on ultrasonic method are studied,and the special device for on-line stress ultrasonic measurement of oil and gas pipeline is developed independently.In this paper,a set of stress measurement technology under pipeline operating condition is studied,and the field engineering application is tried.The results show that this technique is an effective means to measure the on-line stress of deformed pipe section,and provides reliable data for quantitative evaluation of pipeline safety margin and repair quality.
