【摘要】 卫生法学学科于80年代在我国开始建立,是一门研究卫生法律现象和规律的新兴交叉学科。随着我国医药卫生改革实践的不断深入,卫生法学学科在基本理论、核心原则、研究方法等方面不断丰富和发展,在人才队伍、课程体系、学术成果等方面也取得较大进展。近年来,卫生法学学科的研究成果日益丰硕,为我国卫生法律制度的修订与完善提供了坚实的理论支撑,有力地推动了我国卫生法制建设工作。当前医疗卫生领域的研究不断深入技术日益成熟,所引发的卫生法律问题层出不穷,卫生法学学科发展和卫生法制建设也正在面临着更大的挑战,应进一步加强学科建设和完善制度设计,推动医疗卫生法制化进程。更多还原

【Abstract】 The discipline of health law was established in the 1980 s,it is a new interdisciplinary which focus on the health Legal issues and rules.With the progress of ongoing medical reform,health law has made advances in basic theories,core principles and research methods.It has also made great progress in human resource construction,course system and academic achievements.Recently,more and more academic achievements of health law have provided theoretical foundation for the health legal system construction.The progress of new medical researches and techniques present the greater challenge to health law.It needs more attention to improve the system construction and legalization of health.更多还原
