【摘要】 目的识别并检测某汽车部件厂的职业病危害因素,评价职业病危害因素防护效果,为该厂提出有效的防护措施建议,保障劳动者健康。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测、职业病防护设施检查表等方法,结合职业健康体检资料,对该汽车部件厂进行职业病危害现状评价。结果该汽车部件厂的职业病危害因素有二氧化氮、硫酸、盐酸、甲醛、乙二醇、二氧化硫、电焊烟尘、氢氧化钠、磷酸、噪声、高温、电焊弧光等,冲压、焊接岗噪声8 h等效声级为83.6～99.1 d B(A),合格率仅为8.3%,其余职业危害因素均检测合格。2018年职业健康体检出3名噪声相关职业禁忌证人员。结论该厂职业病危害风险分类为较重,冲压车间与焊接车间噪声超标严重,应作为职业病危害关键控制点,加强防护措施、不断完善并严格执行各项职业卫生规章制度、保护工人健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To identify and detect occupational hazard factors in an auto parts factory, evaluate the protective effects of occupational hazard factors, and propose effective protective measures for the factory to protect the health of workers.Methods Occupational health field survey, occupational disease hazard factor detection, occupational disease protection facility checklist and other methods were combined with occupational health physical examination data to evaluate the status of occupational hazards in this auto parts factory. Results Occupational hazards in this auto parts factory include nitrogen dioxide, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, formaldehyde, ethylene glycol, sulfur dioxide, welding fume, sodium hydroxide,phosphoric acid, noise, high temperature, welding arc noise, etc., stamping, welding noise 8 h, etc. the effective sound level was 83.6 to 99.1 d B(A), and the pass rate was only 8.3%. The remaining occupational hazard factors have passed the test. In2018, three noise-related occupational contraindication officers were detected in occupational health examinations. Conclusion The plant’s occupational hazard risk is classified as heavy, and the noise levels in the stamping and welding workshops are serious. It should be used as the key control point for occupational hazards, strengthen protection measures, and continuously improve and strictly implement various occupational health regulations to protect workers’ health.更多还原
