【摘要】 目的探讨在临床血液学检验实习带教中使用以病例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)结合微信平台的教学应用价值。方法选取2018年5月—2019年4月在该院检验科实习的医学检验专业实习生66名,随机分为实验组(33名)和对照组(33名),实验组采用CBL结合微信平台的教学法进行带教,对照组采用传统CBL教学模式带教,分别对两组教学前后的理论考核成绩以及临床操作技能考核成绩进行对比,同时对两组实习生此次教学满意度进行评估。结果两组在教学前的理论、临床操作技能考核中成绩对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),教学后两组在理论及临床操作技能考核中成绩均提升,但实验组比对照组提升明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且实验组总满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用CBL结合微信平台对实习生带教,明显提高临床血液学检验实习教学质量,实习生满意度高,故具有推广应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of case-based learning(CBL) combined with WeChat platform in clinical hematology practice teaching. Methods 66 medical intern trainees who were interned in the laboratory of the hospital from May 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group(33) and control group(33). The experimental group used CBL combined with WeChat platform teaching method, and the control group was taught by the traditional CBL teaching mode. The results of the theoretical examinations and the clinical operation skills were compared before and after the two groups, and the teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns was evaluated. Results There was no statistically siginficant difference in the scores between the two groups in the theoretical and clinical operation skills assessment before teaching(P>0.05). After the teaching, the scores of the two groups improved in the theoretical and clinical operation skills assessment, but the experimental group improved significantly compared with the control group, with statistical significance(P <0.05), and the total satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of CBL combined with WeChat platform to train interns has significantly improved the quality of clinical hematology examination practice, and the internship has high satisfaction, so it has the value of promotion and application.更多还原
