【摘要】 目的评价血站质量管理体系运行效果,提升血液采集质量,提供参考依据用于指导未来的血站质量管理工作。方法分析2016年1月—2018年12月该血站的控制采血、控制血液成分制备、控制血液保存发放等方面情况,观察各指标变化情况。结果 2016—2018年血液非正常报废数为527.6 U,非正常报废率为0.5%,维持在较低水平,比质量管理体系文件质量目标值要低,非正常报废率目标值是小于1.0%。结论构建血站质量管理体系,可以有效确保采血与供血的安全性,以利于提供更为优质安全的血液制品用于临床治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the operation effect of blood station quality management system, improve the quality of blood collection, and provide reference basis for guiding future blood station quality management. Methods From January2016 to December 2018, the blood collection of the blood station, control of blood component preparation, control of blood storage and release, and observation of changes in various indicators were observed. Results The abnormal number of blood scrapped from 2016 to 2018 was 527.6 U, and the abnormal scrap rate was 0.5%. It was maintained at a low level, which was lower than the quality management system document quality target value. The target value of abnormal scrap rate was less than 1.0%. Conclusion The construction of blood station quality management system can effectively ensure the safety of blood collection and blood supply, so as to provide more high quality and safe blood products for clinical treatment.更多还原
