【摘要】 目的研究风险管理在传染性重症患者护理中的效果。方法选取2017年6—12月该院实施风险管理前收治的50例传染性重症患者和2018年1—6月该院实施风险管理后的50例传染性重症患者作为研究对象,对比风险管理实施前后的护理效果和患者的护理满意度。结果风险管理实施后,护士的工作质量和患者的护理满意度高于实施前,风险事件发生率和护患纠纷投诉率低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在传染性重症患者护理中实施风险管理,不仅能提高护士的工作质量,也有效减少了风险事件和护患纠纷的发生,提高患者的护理满意度,护理效果显著,值得临床推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of risk management in the care of patients with infectious severe cases. Methods50 cases of infectious severe cases admitted to our hospital from June to December 2017 were investigated. 50 cases of infectious severe cases after risk management in our hospital from January to June 2018 were studied, comparing the effects of care before and after the implementation of risk management and patient satisfaction. Results After the implementation of risk management, the quality of nurses’ work and patient’s care satisfaction were higher than before implementation. The risk event rate and the complaint rate of nurses and patients were lower than before implementation(P<0.05) the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Risk management in the care of patients with infectious severe illness can not only improve the quality of nurses’ work, but also effectively reduce the occurrence of risk events and nurse-patient disputes,im prove the satisfaction of patients’ care, and have significant nursing effects, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
