【摘要】 目的了解川东北地区20家养老机构现状,为进一步促进养老机构的可持续发展提供参考依据。方法该文通过方便抽样的方法抽取20家养老机构工作的从业人员及在住老人基本情况进行问卷调查。结果调查数据显示川东北地区部分养老机构面临的主要问题是:①养老机构服务资源匮乏,供需不平衡。老年人健康问题的广泛需求和目前大量养老机构的单一功能不一致;②养老机构层次参差不齐,人员配置结构及待遇不合理;③养老护理员整体素质差,缺乏相关专业培训。结论川东北地区养老机构需要国家及政府的相关政策和财政支持,建议联合大型医院或综合性医学院校试点扶持和发展医养结合模式的医养机构,加快培养医养结合专业人才,合理配置人员,努力稳定老年护理人才队伍,全面提高其职业能力和综合素质,促进养老机构的稳定发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the status of 20 social pension institutions in northeast Sichuan thus providing reference for further promoting the sustainable development of pension institutions. Methods The basic condition of employees and the elderly in 20 social pension institutions was surveyed by the questionnaire. Results The investigation data showed that the major issues faced by social pension institutions in northeast Sichuan included: 1.lack of service resources, unbalanced supply and demand, inconsistency between the wide demand of health issues and single function of lots of pension institutions,2.the level varies, irrational personnel allocation structure and salary, 3.the holistic quality of pension nursing staff is bad,and they lack the related professional training. Conclusion The social pension institutions in northeast Sichuan need the related policy and financial support of the state and government, and it is suggested to support and develop the medical institutions under the model of medicine combined with pension, speed up the culture of professional talents, rationally allocate the personnel, struggle to stabilize the senile nursing talent team, comprehensively improve the professional abilities and comprehensive qualities and promote the stable development of pension institutions.更多还原
