【摘要】 目的观察分析PDCA护理管理对儿科护理质量与家长满意度的影响。方法选取2017年2月—2018年2月该院儿科收治的100例患儿,采用抽签方式分为观察组与对照组,每组患儿50例,其中予以对照组患儿常规护理管理模式,观察组患儿则采用PDCA护理管理模式干预,比较不同方式干预下两组患儿护理质量及家长满意度情况。结果观察组患儿在病房管理、健康宣教、护理操作、患儿治疗依从性、基础护理质量这5个方面得分分别为(90.08±4.20)分、(87.50±5.32)分、(51.12±6.77)分、(12.08±1.47)分、(90.93±3.52)分,对照组得分为(97.48±4.48)分、(91.28±6.95)分、(96.75±5.39)分、(18.45±1.49)分、(96.44±4.69)分,两组各项数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中观察组患儿家长护理满意度为94%,显著优于对照组患儿家长满意度60%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将PDCA护理管理应用于儿科护理管理不仅可以提高病房护理质量,还可以提高家庭护理服务的满意度,防止和减少护患纠纷的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and analyze the impact of PDCA nursing management on paediatric nursing quality and parental satisfaction. Methods 100 children from our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled in the pediatric department of our hospital. The observation group and the control group were divided into two groups, 50 children in each group. The control group was treated with the routine nursing management mode, the children in the observation group were treated with PDCA nursing management mode, and the nursing quality and parental satisfaction of the two groups were compared under different interventions. Results The data showed that the scores of the observation group were divided into five categories: ward management, health education, nursing operation, treatment compliance, and basic nursing quality(90.08 ±4.20)points,(87.50 ±5.32)points,(51.12 ±6.77)points,(12.08 ±1.47)points,(90.93 ±3.52)points, the control group scores were(97.48 ±4.48)points,(91.28 ±6.95)points,(96.75 ±5.39)points,(18.45 ±1.49)points,(96.44 ±4.69)points.There were significant differences, which were statistically significant(P<0.05), in which the parental care satisfaction of the observation group was 94%, which was significantly better than the parental satisfaction of the control group of 60%.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion PDCA nursing management is applied to pediatrics. Nursing management can not only improve the quality of ward care, but also improve the satisfaction of home care services, prevent and reduce the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes.更多还原
