【摘要】 目的归纳并总结康复新液外敷联合胰岛素在糖尿病足中的临床效果。方法 2017年2月—2019年5月,选取40例糖尿病足患者,将他们分为研究组和对照组各20例,对照组采取常规的治疗措施,研究组在对照组的基础上施以胰岛素联合康复新液外敷,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率以及患者满意率。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为90.00%(18/20)。对照组治疗总有效率为60.00%(12/20)。研究组治疗总有效率优于对照组(χ2=7.025,P=0.008),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组治疗满意度为85.00%(17/20),对照组治疗满意度为50.00%(10/20),研究组优于对照组(χ2=5.584, P=0.018),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将康复新液外敷联合胰岛素应用对糖尿病足患者具有较高的价值,可缩短患者的创面愈合时间,降低感染的发生率,并提高患者满意率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize and summarize the clinical effect with Kangfuxin liquid combined with insulin in diabetic foot. Methods From February 2017 to May 2019, 40 patients with diabetic foot were divided into study group and control group, 20 cases each. The control group adopted routine measures. The study group applied insulin combined with Kangfuxin liquid on the basis of the control group. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 90.00%(18/20). The total effective rate of the control group was 60.00%(12/20). The total effective rate of the study group was better than that of the control group(χ2 = 7.025, P = 0.008), the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the study group was 85.00%(17/20), that of the control group was 50.00%(10/20), and that of the study group was better than that of the control group(χ2 = 5.584, P = 0.018).Conclusion The application of Kangfuxin solution combined with insulin in the clinical nursing of diabetic foot patients has high value. It can shorten the time of wound healing, reduce the incidence of infection and improve the satisfaction rate of patients.更多还原
