【摘要】 目的探索南宁市农村高血压防治新模式。方法随机选择2016年9月—2016年12月南宁市西乡塘区石埠卫生院建档在册的辖区内老口村35～80岁的原发性高血压患者200例,组建应用包含二甲医院心血管专业医师、乡镇卫生院全科医师、村卫生员的三级高血压防治团队,利用网络信息平台为其本人或家属进行高血压健康教育、指导监督用药以及新农合政策宣传等,并每两个月进村实地对患者进行一次随访。观察比较患者干预前后高血压知晓率、规则服药率以及血压控制率。结果干预后,200例高血压患者高血压知晓人数、规则服药人数、血压控制人数分别由41、67、48人提高到133、171、158人,患者高血压知晓率(66.50%)、规则服药率(85.50%)以及血压控制率(79.00%)较干预前(20.50%、33.50%、24.00%)均明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论建设三级高血压防治团队有利于提高农村高血压防治技术,对农村高血压患者管理有促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the new mode of prevention and treatment of hypertension in rural areas of Nanning. Methods Randomly selected 200 patients with primary hypertension who were 35 ～ 80 years old in Laokou Village, the site of Shibu Health Center in Xixiangtang District, Nanning City from September to December 2016. The establishment of the application inchuded the three-level hypertension prevention and treatment team of the cardiovascular doctors of the hospital, the general practitioners of the township hospitals, and the village health workers. The network information platform was used to provide hypertension health education, supervision and medication, and the new rural cooperative medical system Policy publicity for the family or their families.and every two months into the village to conduct a follow-up of the patient. Observe and compare the high blood pressure awareness rate, regular medication rate and blood pressure control rate before and after intervention. Results After the intervention, the number of people with hypertension awareness, the number of regular medications, and the number of blood pressure control in 200 hypertensive patients increased from 41, 67, and 48 to 133, 171, and 158, the high blood pressure awareness rate(79.00%), regular medication rate(85.50%) and blood pressure control rate(79.00%) were significantly higher than those before intervention(20.50%、33.50%、24.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The construction of a three-level hypertension prevention and treatment team is conducive to improving the prevention and treatment technology of rural hypertension and promoting the management of hypertension patients in rural areas.更多还原
