提高隔夜手术器械清洗质量的可行性探讨

【摘要】 目的探讨提高隔夜手术器械清洗质量的可行性。方法选取2018年10月—2019年4月的500件隔夜手术器械,并将其随机分为常规组和预处理组各250件。常规组手术器械直接放置在密闭器械回收箱中过夜,次日送达消毒供应室,以全自动单舱清洗消毒器对其进行清洗。预处理组手术器械进行预处理后过夜,先置于多酶清洗液中超声处理后,再以全自动单舱清洗消毒器对其进行清洗。使用目测与ATP检测结合法评价两组隔夜手术器械清洗合格率。结果预处理组隔夜手术器械无论是采取目测法还是ATP检测法,清洗合格率均高于常规组(均P <0.05)。结论采取适当的预处理方法提高隔夜手术器械清洗质量是切实可行的。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the feasibility of improving the cleaning quality of overnight surgical instruments. Methods From October 2018 to April 2019, 500 overnight surgical instruments were divided into routine group(n=250) and pretreatment group(n=250) randomly. In routine group, the surgical instruments were placed in the closed instrument recovery box for the night and reach the disinfection and supply room the next day. All the instruments were cleaned with monocabin automatic washerdisinfectors. In pretreatment group, the surgical instruments were pretreated overnight and treated in multi-enzyme cleaning solution. And then the instruments were cleaned with monocabin automatic washer-disinfectors. Visual inspection and ATP test were used to evaluate the qualified rate of overnight surgical instrument cleaning in the two groups. Results The qualified rate of cleaning in the pretreatment group was higher than routine group(P < 0.05). Conclusion It is feasible to adopt appropriate pretreatment method to improve the cleaning quality of overnight surgical instruments.
