长期服用美托洛尔对年轻高血压和窦性心动过速患者的影响

【摘要】 目的研究长期服用美托洛尔对年轻高血压和窦性心动过速患者的影响。方法将2017年1—12月期间本院收治的60例年轻高血压和窦性心动过速患者设为观察组,均口服美托洛尔,对照组为健康体检者30名,定期对两组的肺功能、气道顺应性进行检测并比较,同时观察血压水平、心率的变化。结果观察组入组时、随访1年后的舒张压、心率高于对照组,入组时的收缩压高于对照组,但血压水平和心率均低于入组时(P <0.05);观察组随访1年后的FEV1、FVC、FEF水平与入组时进行比较无显著差异(P> 0.05);观察组随访1年后的Ct、Cl、Cth低于入组时(P <0.05)。结论长期服用美托洛尔能够有效控制年轻高血压和窦性心动过速患者的血压水平和改善心率,对患者的肺功能无较大影响,但随着时间的延长,气道顺应性会下降。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of long-term use of metoprolol on young patients with hypertension and sinus tachycardia. Methods Sixty patients with young hypertension and sinus tachycardia admitted to our hospital from January to December 2017 were enrolled in the observation group. All of them took metoprolol orally, and the control group was 30 healthy subjects. The pulmonary function and airway compliance of the two groups were detected and compared regularly, and the changes of blood pressure level and heart rate were observed at the same time. Results The diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at the time of admission and 1 year after follow-up, and the systolic blood pressure at the time of admission were higher than those of the control group, but the blood pressure level and heart rate were lower than those at the time of admission(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of FEV1, FVC and FEF of the observation group between after 1 year of follow-up and the time of admission(P > 0.05); Ct, Cl and Cth of the observation group after 1 year follow-up were lower than those of the time of admission(P <0.05). Conclusion Long-term administration of metoprolol can effectively control blood pressure and improve heart rate in young patients with hypertension and sinus tachycardia without significant impact on lung function, but airway compliance decreases with time.
