【摘要】 目的探讨曲美他嗪对冠心病合并左心功能不全的治疗效果。方法对我院2017年1月—2019年1月收治的300例冠心病合并左心功能不全患者进行研究,均分为对照组和观察组。对照组用常规疗法,予以观察组患者曲美他嗪,进行两组疾病治疗效果的对比。结果观察组心功能Ⅰ级发生率为33.3%(50/150),心功能Ⅱ级发生率为50.0%(75/150),心功能Ⅲ级发生率为14.7%(22/150),心功能Ⅳ级发生率为2.0%(3/150),与对照组相比,研究数据间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组和观察组患者生活质量得分分别为(197.5±4.1)分和(227.8±3.4)分,所得数据间差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论曲美他嗪治疗冠心病合并左心功能不全效果好,应用价值高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of trimetazidine on coronary heart disease complicated with left ventricular insufficiency. Methods From January 2017 to January 2019, 300 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with left ventricular insufficiency were divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with routine therapy and trimetazide in the observation group, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, the incidence of grade Ⅰ cardiac function, grade Ⅱ cardiac function and grade Ⅲ cardiac function was 33. 3%(50/150), 50.0%(75/150) and 14.7%(22/150) respectively, the incidence of grade IV cardiac function was 2.0%(3/150), which was significantly different from that of the control group(P < 0.05).The scores of quality of life in the control group and the observation group were(197.5±4.1) and(227.8±3.4), respectively. there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Trimetazidine is effective and valuable in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with left ventricular insufficiency.更多还原
