【摘要】 目的评价观察妇科恶性肿瘤化疗期间的心理干预与护理方法。方法选取2018年1月—2019年2月我院收治的960例妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者为观察对象,将之随机划分为普通组(n=480)与观察组(n=480),普通组行一般护理,观察组行心理护理干预,对比其护理效果。结果观察组患者护理满意度明显高于普通组,SAS、SDS评分低于普通组,两组间相比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对妇科恶性肿瘤患者在化疗期间展开心理干预与护理,可提高患者对护理工作的满意度,改善焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,值得在临床中普及应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate and observe the psychological intervention and nursing methods during chemotherapy for gynecological malignant tumors. Methods 960 cases of patients with gynecological malignant tumors and who treated in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the observation objects,and they were randomly divided into normal group(n=480) and observation group(n =480).The normal group were received general nursing, while the observation group were received psychological intervention nursing. Then,the nursing effect were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the normal group,and the scores of SAS and SDS were lower than those in the normal group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological intervention and nursing for patients with gynecological malignant tumors during chemotherapy can improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work, improve anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, and it is worth popularizing in clinical application.更多还原
