【摘要】 目的了解佛山市三甲医院医务人员亚健康状况,探讨预防和控制医务人员亚健康的措施。方法采用自填式问卷,于2017年5—6月在佛山市某三甲医院调查345名医务人员,采用SPSS 22.0进行统计分析。结果共发放调查问卷345份,其中有效问卷339份。亚健康状态的检出人数为255人,检出率为75.2%。吸烟、缺乏运动是医务人员亚健康状态发生的危险因素,而每周心情良好是医务人员亚健康状态发生的保护因素。结论佛山市某三甲医院医务人员亚健康状态检出率较高,建议医务人员戒烟、多参加体育活动,保持积极健康的心态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To describe the state of sub-health by investigating medical personnel in grade 3 hospital in Foshan city, to explore the measures for controlling and preventing of sub-health formation. Methods A self-administered questionnaire was used to investigate 345 medical personnel in grade 3 hospital in Foshan city from May to June 2017, SPSS22.0 statistical software was used for data analysis. Results A total of 345 questionnaires were distributed and 339 effective questionnaires were received. The number of people detected in sub-health state was 255, and the detection rate was 75.2%. Smoking and lack of exercise were the risk factors of the state of sub-health in medical personnel, and the weekly good mood was the protective factor. Conclusion The detection rate of sub-health state of medical personnel in grade 3 hospital in Foshan city is high, it is recommended that medical personnel quit smoking, participate in sports activities, and maintain a positive and healthy mentality.更多还原
