【摘要】 目的分析妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy,ICP)患者的血小板参数、凝血功能指标变化及其临床意义。方法选取我院产科住院169例ICP孕妇作为病例组,同期正常健康孕妇169例作为对照组,回顾性分析血小板参数、凝血功能指标,比较两组间差异。结果病例组血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、纤维蛋白(原)降解产物(FDP)、D-二聚体(D-D)和正常对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论ICP孕妇PLT、MPV、FIB、FDP、D-D和正常孕妇比较存在异常,监测血小板参数、凝血功能有助于及时发现并发症,改善妊娠结局。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the changes of platelet parameters,coagulation parameters and clinical significance in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP). Methods Two groups of 169 people were selected and investigated for comparision. One group was selected as pregnant women with ICP in obstetrical department and the other group was normal. It will be focused on analyzing the platelet parameters and coagulation function retrospectively. Results The platelet count(PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV), fibrinogen(FIB), Fibrin degradation product(FDP),D-dimer(D-D) in the case group was significantly different from that of normal controls(P < 0.05). Conclusion PLT, MPV, FIB, FDP,D-D of ICP pregnant women is abnormal compared with normal pregnant women. Monitoring platelet parameters and coagulation function is helpful to detect complications in time and improve pregnancy outcome.更多还原
