【摘要】 目的分析品管圈活动对提高住院患者健康教育知识掌握率的影响。方法自2017年1月起,对我科住院患者实施品管圈活动护理,对比活动实施前后患者健康教育知识知晓率。对住院患者发放健康教育问卷,由本病区护理人员组成品管圈活动小组,确立活动主题,通过头脑风暴分析存在的问题,采取相应的解决措施并进行效果确认并制定标准。结果开展品管圈活动后,与活动前相比,患者健康教育知识知晓率明显提升,数据差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将品管圈活动应用在住院患者护理过程中,能够有效提升患者健康教育知识知晓率,使患者更加了解护理工作,更好的配合疾病治疗,树立患者自我管理意识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of quality control circle activities on improving the knowledge of health education of inpatients.Methods Since January 2017, quality control circle activity nursing was carried out for inpatients in our department. The awareness rate of health education knowledge of inpatients before and after the implementation of quality control circle activity was compared. Health education questionnaires were issued to inpatients, and quality control circle activity groups were composed of nurses in the ward. Activity themes were established. Problems were analyzed through brainstorming, corresponding solutions were taken, effects were confirmed and standardization was formulated. Results Compared with the pre-QCC activities, the awareness rate of health education knowledge of patients increased significantly after QCC activities, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Applying quality control circle activities in the nursing process of inpatients can effectively improve the awareness rate of health education knowledge, make patients more aware of nursing work, better cooperate with disease treatment, and establish patients’ self-management consciousness.更多还原
