【摘要】 目的探讨超声引导射频消融在肺癌临床治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2016年9月—2017年9月收治的60例肺癌患者作为研究对象。60例患者均接受超声引导射频消融治疗。观察患者治疗前后病灶的强化范围,判断肺癌患者的临床治疗效果。结果射频消融后有23例患者出现发热、咳血、气胸等并发症,并发症发生率为38.33%。超声引导射频消融治疗1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月的总有效率分别为100.00%、91.67%、80.00%、76.67%。结论超声引导射频消融用于肺癌治疗中对病灶定位准确率较高,安全性较高,能够提高肺癌治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation in the clinical treatment of lung tumor. Methods 60 patients with lung tumor admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected as subjects. Sixty patients underwent ultrasoundguided radiofrequency ablation. The intensive extent of the lesions before and after treatment was observed to determine the clinical treatment effect of patients with lung cancer. Results 23 patients had complications such as fever,hemoptysis, and pneumothorax after radiofrequency ablation. The complication rate was 38.33%. The total effective rates of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months were 100.00%,91.67%, 80.00% and 76.67%, respectively. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of lung tumor has a high accuracy and high safety, thus can enhance the treatment effect of lung tumor.更多还原
