【摘要】 随着中医药健康管理服务和相关服务规范的政策逐步出台,中医体质辨识等项目在社区卫生服务机构常态化开展,从实践层面证明了开展中医社区健康管理服务的可行性。本研究以上海市长宁区多年的中医社区健康管理实践经验为基础,结合前期专家提出的完善对策,拟提出一套系统的、可推广的中医特色社区健康管理模式建设思路及初步架构,为同行开展具有中医特色的社区健康管理工作提供参考和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the gradually introducing of policies on traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) health management service and relevant service specification. TCM physical identification and other projects have been carried out regularly among community health service institutions. This fact proves the feasibility of TCM health management service in practice. This study,based on perennial practical TCM health management experience in Changning District of Shanghai,combines perfect meansures from expert proposed before. It plans to propose a set of systematic and propagable construction thoughts and preliminary framework for community health management model with TCM characteristics,and provide reference for the peers.更多还原
