面向微波光子的硅基光子器件研究
Study of silicon photonic devices for microwave photonics
【摘要】 片上集成是微波光子学的必然发展趋势,而基于SOI材料的硅基光子集成是集成微波光子技术最有潜力的发展方向。针对微波光子链路的需求,介绍了相关硅基光电子器件研究工作,包括高线性调制器、高饱和探测器、大范围可调微波真时延线和光波束形成网络延时模块等。
【Abstract】 Integration on chip is inevitable for the microwave photonics, and the silicon-on-insulator platform is the most potential direction. In this paper, our related research work on silicon photonics for microwave photonics are introduced, including the modulator with high linearity, the photodetector with high saturation power, the true-time delay line with large tunable delay range,and the integrated beamforming network module.
