黄芪保心合剂对阿霉素诱导大鼠慢性心衰的保护作用

【摘要】 目的研究黄芪保心合剂对阿霉素诱导大鼠慢性心衰的影响。方法采用阿霉素诱导大鼠造成慢性心衰模型,除正常组外将30只大鼠随机分为5组,模型组、卡托普利组、黄芪保心合剂高剂量组以及中、低剂量组,观察血流动力学、检测血清中大鼠N端前脑钠素、基质裂解素2及进行组织病理学检查。结果与模型组比较,黄芪保心合剂组大鼠血流动力学参数显著改善,明显降低血清NT-proBNP与ST2,组织病变程度显著减轻。结论黄芪保心合剂对阿霉素诱导的大鼠慢性心衰具有明显的保护作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To study effect of astragalus membranaceus heart-protecting mixture on adriamycin induced chronic heart failure in rats. Methods Induce chronic heart failure model in rats with adriamycin. Besides normal group, divide 30 rats into 5 groups randomly: model group, captopril group, astragalus membranaceus heartprotecting mixture high dose group, middle and low dose group. Observe hemodynamics, detect N-terminal forebrain natriuretic peptide and matrix lysin 2 in serum and carry on histopathological examination. Results Compared with model group, hemodynamic parameters of astragalus membranaceus heart-protecting mixture group were significantly improved, serum NT proBNP and ST2 was significantly decreased, and tissue lesions degree was significantly reduced.Conclusion Astragalus membranaceus heart-protecting mixture has obvious protective effect on adriamycin induced chronic heart failure of rats.
