【摘要】 麻黄味辛发散,性温散寒,主入肺经,既能开肺,又善通窍。麻黄药理作用广泛,包括解热发汗、镇咳平喘、利尿、抗炎、抗过敏等,其主要成分麻黄碱能使鼻腔黏膜黏液分泌减少,同时收缩上呼吸道毛细血管、缓解鼻咽部黏膜充血状态、减轻鼻塞。张勤修教授认为麻黄是治疗鼻病的一味要药,临证运用麻黄治疗变应性鼻炎取得较好疗效,现将其临床经验浅析如下。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ephedra is good at ventilating lung qi and unblocking stuffy orifice. And ephedra has broad pharmacological effects,including bringing down a fever and sweating, alleviating cough and asthma,anti-inflammatory and antiallergic effect.Ephedrine,which is the main ingredient of ephedra,can reduce mucus secretion in nasal mucosa and contraction of upper respiratory tract capillaries,relieving mucosal congestion of the nasopharynx and nasal congestion.Professor Zhang Qinxiu believes that ephedra is an essential medicine for the treatment of nasal diseases,and using ephedra to treat allergic rhinitis has achieved good results.更多还原
