【摘要】 目的研究盐酸氢吗啡酮静脉自控镇痛对腹腔镜肾癌术后应激指标、炎性因子及肾功能的影响。方法 2015年至2019年在江南大学附属医院行腹腔镜肾癌根治术的40例患者,随机分为盐酸氢吗啡酮组和吗啡组。手术结束前10分钟接静脉镇痛泵,配方分别为:盐酸氢吗啡酮8mg+托烷司琼10mg,吗啡40mg+托烷司琼10mg。比较2组患者术后24小时(T1)、48小时(T2)血压和心率变化以及应激指标、炎性因子的变化。结果盐酸氢吗啡酮组皮质醇Cor、血管紧张素II(AngII)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)低于吗啡组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氢吗啡酮静脉自控镇痛较吗啡能有效降低应激反应,减少炎性因子。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of hydromorphone hydrochloride(hmorphone) on stress indicators, inflammatory factors and renal function after laparoscopic renal cancer. Methods 40 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for renal cancer in affiliated hospital of jiangnan university from 2015 to 2019 were randomly divided into hydromorphone hydrochloride group and morphine group. Intravenous analgesia pump was connected 10 minutes before the end of the operation, and the formulations were: 8 mg hydromorphone hydrochloride + 10 mg tropisetron, 40 mg morphine + 10 mg tropisetron. Changes in blood pressure and heart rate at 24 hours(T1) and 48 hours(T2) after surgery, as well as changes in stress indicators and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results Cortisol Cor, angiotensin II(AngII), interleukin 6(il-6) and interleukin 10(il-10) were lower in the hydromorphone group than in the morphine group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Hydromorphone hydrochloride can effectively reduce stress response and inflammatory factors compared with morphine.更多还原
