【摘要】 心脏神经症是以心悸、焦虑、心前区疼痛、胸闷、气短、呼吸困难、头晕、失眠、多梦等为症状的一种神经官能症。女性围绝经期激素水平发生变化,雌激素水平下降,影响心脏血供,出现精神、心理失衡,以致出现心悸,胸闷不适,眠差,烘热汗出等临床症状。柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤为少阳枢机不利,气郁化热入血扰神而设,其运用范围主要是以神志症状为突出表现的少阳病。本文针对柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤临证运用要点,结合女性围绝经期生理特点,加强对心脏神经症的认识,提高临床疗效。更多还原
