【摘要】 目的研究和分析在我院住院并经手术治疗踝关节骨折脱位的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年3月至2017年3月在我院进行治疗的28位踝关节骨折脱位患者,术后随访和观察第1天和第3天的VAS疼痛评分、骨折愈合时间和治疗效果。结果全部患者第1天和第3天的VAS疼痛评分分别为4.3±1.0和3.7±1.0,患者的愈合时间为2.84±1.13月且全部患者的治疗优良率为92.86%。结论对于踝关节骨折脱位的患者而言,采取手术治疗可以较好的帮助患者缩短骨折愈合时间并提高临床治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and analyze the clinical effects of hospitalization and surgical treatment of ankle fracture and dislocation in our hospital. Methods Twenty-eight patients with ankle fracture and dislocation who were treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected.The VAS pain score, fracture healing time and treatment were followed up and observed on the 1 st and 3 rd day.effect. Results The VAS pain scores on days 1 and 3 of all patients were 4.3 ± 1.0 and 3.7 ± 1.0, respectively.The healing time of patients was 2.84 ± 1.13 months and the excellent and good rate of treatment was 92.86%. Conclusion For patients with ankle fracture and dislocation, surgical treatment can help patients shorten the fracture healing time and improve the clinical treatment effect.更多还原
