【摘要】 目的探讨间歇性雄激素全阻断疗法(intermittent hormone therapy,IHT)对治疗晚期前列腺癌中推迟前列腺癌细胞由激素依赖转变为激素非依赖型的疗效。方法选择我院2014年7月到2018年7月收治的40例晚期前列腺癌患者作为研究对象,将这40例患者随机分为治疗组和对比组,治疗组和对比组分别同时使用比卡鲁胺(抗雄)联合戈舍瑞林(去势)药物对患者实施间歇性雄激素全阻断和持续性雄激素全阻断治疗,比较两组患者病情稳定期持续的时间(即患者发展为去势抵抗型前列腺癌的时间)。结果间歇性雄激素全阻断疗法对患者发展为激素非依赖前列腺癌的时间均明显优于对比组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论间歇性雄激素全阻断疗法治疗晚期前列腺癌的效果确切,可有效地延长晚期前列腺癌进展为去势抵抗型前列腺癌的时间,从而延长其生存时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Intermittent hormone therapy for advanced prostate cancer clinical curative effect analysis. Methods Choose from July 2014 to July 2018 were 40 cases of advanced prostate cancer patients as the research object,the 40 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group and control group, respectively, at the same time use than joint goserelin carew amine(male) resistance(castration) drug for patients with intermittent androgen blocking all whole block and continuous androgen therapy, compare two groups of patients the duration of the plateau(which patients to castration resistant prostate cancer). Results Intermittent androgen for the development of hormone in whole block therapy in patients not depend on the time of prostate cancer patients were significantly better than contrast group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Intermittent androgen deprivation therapy for the treatment of advanced prostate cancer exactly, can effectively prolong advanced prostate cancer progression to castration resistant prostate cancer, so as to prolong the survival time.更多还原
