【摘要】 目的研究腹腔镜胃癌D2根治术与传统开腹胃癌D2根治术治疗进展期胃癌的手术疗效。方法选择40例胃癌患者,随机数表法将40例患者分为两组,对照组与观察组,各20例,对比两组患者治疗后并发症发生率以及总体疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者的淋巴结清扫数目,远、近端切缘进行对比,P>0.05;对照组手术时间与观察组相比(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义;但是术后平均住院时间、术中出血量、进食流质时间以及排气时间明显不如观察组(P<0.05),数据差异具有统计学意义。结论临床治疗胃癌患者,给予腹腔镜胃癌D2根治术缩短了患者的住院时间,加快了患者的康复速度,同时术中患者的出血少,进展期能够达到传统开腹胃癌D2根治术的标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the surgical effects of laparoscopic D2 radical gastrectomy and traditional open D2 radical gastrectomy for advanced gastric cancer.Methods Forty patients with gastric cancer were selected and divided into two groups by random number table.The control group and the observation group had 20 cases each.The incidence of complications and the overall efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the number of lymph node dissection and the distal and proximal margins were compared between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in operation time between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05).However,the average length of hospital stay,intraoperative bleeding,fluid intake time and exhaust time of the control group were significantly not as good as the observation group(P<0.05),and the data had statistical significance.Conclusion For clinical treatment of gastric cancer patients,laparoscopic D2 radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer can shorten the hospitalization time of the patients,accelerate the recovery speed of the patients,meanwhile,the bleeding of the patients during the operation is less,and the advanced stage can reach the standard of traditional open D2 radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.更多还原
