【摘要】 目的应用数据统计的方法探讨临床上治疗冠心病、胸痹中药方剂的组方用药规律。方法基于中医传承辅助平台软件,收集知网、维普数据库中相关文献,构建治疗冠心病、胸痹的组方数据库,采用软件的平台管理、统计报表、数据分析功能,对方剂数据库进行药物频次、组方规律、潜在新方的统计分析。结果治疗冠心病、胸痹的277首方剂,其涉及中药227味;药物频次最高的前5位中药依次是丹参、川芎、当归、黄芪、炙甘草;药物组合频次最高的前5位依次是川芎-丹参、川芎-当归、丹参-黄芪、丹参-当归、川芎-黄芪。组方规律的规则分析从高到低排列前5位依次是桃仁,当归->川芎;红花,桃仁->川芎;红花,赤芍->川芎;红花,当归->川芎;红花->川芎。分析演化得到新方6首。结论治疗冠心病、胸痹常用活血化瘀类中药及药对,多配伍理气止痛类药物协同治疗,为临床更广泛应用活血化瘀法治疗冠心病、胸痹提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the rule of prescription medication of traditional Chinese medicine for treating coronary heart disease and chest arthralgia by statistical method. Methods Based on the software of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform, relevant literatures in HowNet and Wipe database were collected, and a prescription database for treating coronary heart disease and thoracic arthralgia was constructed. The software platform management, statistical reports and data analysis functions were used to carry out statistical analysis of drug frequency, prescription regularity and potential new data in the prescription database. Results 277 prescriptions for treating coronary heart disease and chest arthralgia involved 227 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine; the top five Chinese medicines with the highest frequency were Salvia miltiorrhiza, Chuanxiong, Angelica sinensis, Astragalus membranaceus and Roasted Licorice; the top five medicines with the highest frequency were Chuanxiong-Danshen, ChuanxiongAngelica, Danshen-Huangqi, Danshen-Angelica, Chuanxiong-Huangqi. Rule analysis of the formula from high to low ranked the top five in order of peach kernel, Angelica-> Ligusticum chuanxiong; safflower, peach kernel-> Ligusticum chuanxiong; safflower, Paeonia rubra-> Ligusticum chuanxiong; safflower, Angelica-> Ligusticum chuanxiong; safflower-> Ligusticum chuanxiong. Six new ones were obtained through analysis and evolution. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine and drug pairs of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis are commonly used in the treatment of coronary heart disease and thoracic arthralgia, and multi-compatibility of Qi-regulating and pain-relieving drugs can provide reference for the wider clinical application of the method of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of coronary heart disease and thoracic arthralgia.更多还原
