【Abstract】 The main component of alprostadil injection is prostaglandin E1(PGE1). It has many biological functions and pharmacological effects such as dilating blood vessels, anti-platelet aggregation, inhibiting thrombus formation, improving microcirculation, protecting the cells, preventing tissue damage and so on. Clinically widely used in medical diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, digestive diseases, diabetic nephropathy, etc. The curative effect is affirmative, but its clinical application in surgery is rarely systematically reported.
