【Abstract】 To summarize TCM therapies and their effects in the treatment of child patients with persistent and chronic diarrhea. The TCM therapies in recent ten years was gathered by sorting of relevant literatures. Then the TCM treatment of child patients with persistent and chronic diarrhea was described in aspects of internal treatment, external treatment, and internal-external treatment. Child patients with chronic diarrhea of spleen-deficiency type are common. TCM greatly contributes to tonify spleen and replenish qi. Therefore, the method of warmly invigorating spleen and kidney has marked effects in the treatment of child patients with persistent and chronic diarrhea.更多还原
