【摘要】 卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿又称卵巢巧克力囊肿简称巧囊(Ovarian endometriotic cysts,OEC)是常见妇科疾病,虽然属良性疾病,但是某种生物学行为和临床表现类似恶性肿瘤,治疗困难,发病率逐年上升,己经严重影响到现代女性的身体、心理的健康以及整个生活的质量。缓解疼痛、延缓复发、提高妊娠率是治疗的主要目的。据文献统计,巧囊患者术后1年左右复发率就已经达到23.3%,术后2年左右复发率增加到30%,术后5年的累计复发率可达到40%-50%,因此控制巧囊患者的术后复发十分重要。本文通过分析、总结近年来的文献,现对中医药治疗术后复发型卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的研究进行综述,以提供更多有效可行的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ovarian endometriotic cysts(Ovarian endometriotic cysts,OEC)are common gynecological diseases.Although they are benign diseases,some biological behaviors and clinical manifestations resemble malignant tumors.The rate has risen year by year,which has seriously affected the physical and mental health of modern women and the quality of life. Relieving pain,delaying recurrence,and increasing pregnancy rate are the main goals of treatment. According to the statistics of the literature,the recurrence rate of the patients with the capsule has reached 23.3%after 1 year,and the recurrence rate has increased to 30%after 2 years.The cumulative recurrence rate after 5 years can reach 40%-50%.Postoperative recurrence of patients with sacs is very important.This paper summarizes the research on the treatment of recurrent ovarian endometriotic cysts after treatment with traditional Chinese medicine by analyzing and summarizing the literature in recent years,in order to provide more effective and feasible treatment methods.更多还原
