【Abstract】 Background The best nutrition for infants within 6 months of life is exclusive breastfeeding of(Exclusive breastfeeding EBF). Mother and child are advised to supplement their diet with other foods until the child is two years old. Objective to determine the exclusive breastfeeding(Breastfeeding BF) rate of term newborns at discharge and 15 days after discharge, and to analyze the positive factors affecting exclusive breastfeeding. Methods A prospective study was conducted to recruit full-term parturients during hospitalization. The researchers collected different variables and went forward. Two interviews were conducted to determine how they fed their children and whether they maintained them for 15 days after birth. Results The exclusive breastfeeding rate at discharge was much lower than expected. On the 15 th day after birth, it was significantly reduced and increased by artificial feeding. Parturition, no complication delivery, early breastfeeding and intrapartum skin contact are necessary to establish a good discharge breastfeeding. Conclusion Despite the efforts of professionals, the proportion of exclusively breastfed newborns is still insufficient to meet current recommendations.更多还原
