【摘要】 目的探讨基于微信平台的院外护理对鼻咽癌放疗后鼻窦炎患者的康复影响。方法选取我科2016年1月至2017年11月收治我科的50例鼻咽癌放疗后鼻窦炎患者为研究对象,按住院号随机分为观察组和对照组;对照组实施常规护理及出院指导,观察组在常规护理及出院指导的基础上通过微信平台进行院外护理,采用自设依从性问卷对所有患者进行调查,比较两组患者院外治疗依从性和临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗依从性和治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台的院外护理能提高患者院外治疗的依从性,提高治疗效果,减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of out-hospital nursing based on WeChat platform on rehabilitation in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) patients with nasosinusitis after radiotherapy. Methods Fifty patients were selected as the subjects from January 2016 to November 2017 in the department of otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery. According to ID number, the patients were randomLy divided into observation group and control group. The control group received routine nursing and discharge guidance, and observation group received out-hospital nursing based on WeChat platform based routine nursing. All patients were investigated by self-designed compliance questionnaire. The outpatient therapy compliance and clinical therapeutic effect were compared between two groups. Results The therapy compliance and clinical therapeutic effect were better in observation group than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Out-hospital nursing based on WeChat platform could improve the therapy compliance and clinical therapeutic effect.更多还原
