【摘要】 目的探讨血小板参数(血小板计数PLT、血小板压积PCT、血小板平均体积MPV、血小板分布宽度PDW)在类风湿关节炎患者中的临床意义。方法收集东莞市南城医院2016年11月至2018年8月类风湿关节炎患者60例,按照RA分类标准,其中40例为活动期RA(活动期RA组),20例缓解期RA(缓解RA组)。对照组为同时期的健康体检者40例。比较三组的血小板参数的结果 ,并分析血小板参数与类风湿关节炎患者病情活动性指标(ESR、CRP)的相关性。结果与缓解期RA组和对照组比较,活动期RA组PLT、PCT明显增高(P<0.01),MPV、PDW明显降低(P<0.01)。缓解期RA组PCT明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。PLT与PCT、ESR、CRP呈显著正相关(P<0.01),与MPV、PDW呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论血小板参数可作为判断RA病情活动的指标,有一定临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical significance of platelet parameters(platelet count PLT,platelet thrombocytocrit PCT,mean platelet volume MPV,platelet distribution width PDW)in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 60 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital were collected from November2016 to August 2018.According to RA classification standard,divide them into 2 groups:40 cases were in the active RA(active RA group)and 20 were in the remission RA(remission RA group).40 cases of healthy control group were checked in the same period.Compare the results of platelet parameters in these three groups and analyze the correlation between platelet parameters and the activity index(ESR,CRP)of rheumatoid arthritis patients.Results compare with those in remission RA and healthy control groups,the results of PLT and PCT in active group were significantly increased(P<0.01),the results of MPV and PDW were significantly decreased(P<0.01).The PCT result in remission RA group was significantly higher than that in healthy control group(P<0.05).PLT had positive correlations with PCT,ESR,CRP(P<0.01),but had negative correlations with MPV,PDW(P<0.01).Conclusion Platelet parameters can be used as an indicator to determine the activity of RA disease and this researching certainly has significance in clinic.更多还原
