呼吸机双管路加热方式对机械通气的重症患者呼吸功能影响的临床研究

【摘要】 目的探究重症患者接受呼吸机双管路加热方式机械通气对其呼吸功能的影响。方法以广饶县人民医院重症医学科收治的重症机械通气患者300例(时间为2012年8月至2019年3月),作为此次研究对象,将其简单化分组,对照组机械通气中使用MR810型号的湿化机械管道系统,实验组机械通气中使用MR850型号一次性双加热且可自动加水加湿的湿化机械管道系统,分析2组重症患者干预的结果。结果实验组湿化适中率明显高于对照组,其湿化过度率、湿化不足率、并发症发生率均较对照组低,P<0.05;实验组呼吸管道护理时数、呼吸机管道更换次数、机械通气时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症患者接受呼吸机双管路加热方式机械通气,可获得较好的效果。

【Abstract】 Objective to explore effect of ventilator double-tube heating on respiratory function of severe patients.Methods treat 300 cases severe mechanical ventilation patients admitted to ICU Department of Guangrao People’s Hospital from August 2012 to March 2019 as study objects.Divide them into two groups simply.Control group was treated with MR810 type humidifying mechanical pipeline system during mechanical ventilation,and experimental group with MR850 type one-time double heating and automatic watering humidifying machinery pipeline system during mechanical ventilation.Analyze intervention effect of two groups.Results moderate humidification rate of experimental group was significantly higher than control group,and excessive humidification rate,insufficient humidification rate and complication rate of experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05);nursing hours of respiratory duct,replacing times of ventilator duct and mechanical ventilation time in experimental group were lower than control group,difference showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion double-tube heating mechanical ventilation can achieve better results in treatment of severe patients.
