2017年济南市学龄儿童及孕妇尿碘检测结果与分析
Detection and Analysis of Urinary Iodine in School-age Children and Pregnant Women in Ji’nan in 2017
【摘要】 目的通过对儿童及孕妇的碘营养调查,了解济南市特殊人群碘营养现况,为科学地指导市民正确食用碘提供依据。方法2017年在济南市10个区县内,分别按五个不同方位各选一小学并随机各抽取40名8~12岁学生,同时在该小学所在乡村随机选取20名孕妇,共计学生2024名,孕妇1000名,并现场采集尿样。结果儿童:尿碘中位数为194.0μg/L,尿碘值<100μg/L的占17.39%,100~300μg/L的占60.23%,≥300μg/L的占22.38%。孕妇:尿碘中位数为154.30μg/L,尿碘值<150μg/L的占48.4%,150~500μg/L的占47.4%,≥500μg/L的占4.2%。结论济南市群众整体尿碘水平处于适量,但不同地区和不同人群也存在碘缺乏或碘过量的隐患。因此提高广大群众根据不同地区、不同人群采取科学、多样的补碘方法,是我市目前碘营养工作的重点。
【Abstract】 Objective Through the investigation of iodine nutrition among children and pregnant women, the present situation of iodine nutrition in special population of Jinan city is understood, and the scientific basis for guiding citizens to eat iodine correctly is provided. Methods In 2017, in each of the 10 districts and counties of Jinan City, a primary school was selected in five different directions and 40 8~12-year-old students were randomly selected from each of them. At the same time, 20 pregnant women were randomly selected in the villages where the primary school was located, with a total of 2024 students and 1000 pregnant women. The urine samples were collected on the spot. Results Children: the median of urinary iodine is 194.0μg/L, and the proportion of urinary iodine value <100μg/L is 17.39%, that between 100~300μg/L is 60.23%, and 22.38% of urinary iodine ≥ 300μg/L. Pregnant women: the median of urine iodine was 154.30μg/L, 48.4% of urine iodine value <150μg/L, 47.4% of urine iodine value between 150~500μg/L, and4.2% of urine iodine value ≥ 500μg/L. Conclusion Jinan city mass overall urine iodine level is in the right amount. However, there are hidden dangers of iodine deficiency or excess iodine in different areas and groups. Therefore, it is the focus of iodine nutrition work in our city to improve the use of scientific and diverse methods of iodine supplement according to different areas and groups.
