膀胱水扩张联合高压氧治疗氯胺酮相关性膀胱炎的临床研究
Clinical Study on Ketamine-associated Cystitis Treated by Bladder Water Dilatation Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen
【摘要】 目的探索膀胱水扩张联合高压氧治疗氯胺酮相关性膀胱炎的疗效。方法 2017年1月至2018年12月,因氯胺酮相关性膀胱炎在我院住院治疗的患者,选取21例使用膀胱水扩张联合高压氧治疗方案,对患者的最大尿流率、最大尿流率时膀胱压、膀胱容量、排尿次数、排尿间隔时间及OABSS评分进行治疗前后比对。统计分析采用t检验。结果 21例患者均无复吸,19例治疗后所有指标较治疗前均明显改善,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2例患者治疗后最大尿流率及膀胱容量较治疗前提高,但排尿症状缓解不明显,OABSS评分方面无明显改善。结论膀胱水扩张联合高压氧是治疗氯胺酮相关性膀胱炎切实有效的治疗方案,可为氯胺酮相关性膀胱炎提供治疗实践经验。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of bladder water dilation combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of Ketamine-Related Cystitis, and to provide practical experience for the treatment of Ketamine-related Cystitis. Methods From January2017 to December 2018, 21 patients with Ketamine-associated Cystitis in our hospital were selected to use bladder water dilatation combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The maximum urinary flow rate, bladder pressure, bladder volume, urination frequency,urination interval and OABSS score were compared before and after treatment, t test was used for statistical analysis. Results No relapse was found in 21 patients. After bladder water dilatation combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment, the maximum urinary flow rate and bladder volume of 19 patients were significantly increased, the number of voiding was significantly reduced, the interval between voiding was significantly prolonged, and the OABSS score was significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The maximal urinary flow rate and bladder volume of 2 patients after treatment were higher than those before treatment, but the symptoms of micturition were not significantly relieved, and the OABSS score was not significantly improved.Conclusion Bladder water dilation combined with hyperbaric oxygen is an effective treatment for ketamine-associated cystitis, which can provide practical experience for Ketamine-Related Cystitis.
