Correlation Study between LncRNA Meg3 and COPD Airway Remodeling Induced by Atmospheric Fine Particles
【Abstract】 Objective To explore effect of molecular biological factors and atmospheric fine particles in development of COPD patients. Methods Choose LncRNA meg3 in peripheral blood of COPD patients and healthy people wiht bioinformatics method, and detect expression level. After increasing concentration of atmospheric fine particles, observe hospital stay changes of healthy people and COPD patients. Results Showed meg3 expression level in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in experimental group was significantly higher than control group(P< 0.05). In high concentration atmosphere with fine particles, hospitalization time of experimental and control group was positively correlated with concentration of atmospheric fine particles, and there was significant difference from that before increase,(P< 0.05). Conclusion Occurrence and development of COPD is positively correlated with level of LncRNA meg3 and atmospheric fine particles.
