【摘要】 目的分析新生儿石骨症的诊断、治疗情况。方法将本院收治的1例新生儿石骨症患儿作为研究资料,对患儿的相关情况进行回顾性分析。结果对于新生儿石骨症目前还无特效疗法,主要是对症治疗,控制感染,输血,加强护理,防止外伤性骨折等。唯一有效的治疗是骨髓移植,其近期疗效满意,但是远期效果还需要进一步观察。结论对于新生儿石骨症患者要在准确诊断的基础上进行对症治疗,以不断提升患儿的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of neonatal osteopetrosis. Methods A case of neonatal osteolithiasis in our hospital was taken as the research data, and the related situation of the children was analyzed retrospectively. Results There is no specific treatment for neonatal osteopetrosis at present, mainly symptomatic treatment, infection control, blood transfusion,strengthening nursing, prevention of traumatic fracture and so on. The only effective treatment is bone marrow transplantation. Its shortterm effect is satisfactory, but its long-term effect needs further observation. Conclusion Symptomatic treatment should be carried out on the basis of accurate diagnosis for neonatal osteolithiasis patients in order to continuously improve the treatment effect of the children.更多还原
