【摘要】 目的探究多学科协作在围手术期患者血糖管理中的应用效果。方法将150例围手术期2型糖尿病患者分组,干预组与对照组各75例,运用不同方法进行血糖管理,将护理人员在线考核、两组血糖与平均住院日等指标进行评价和统计学处理。结果护理人员考核评分、两组病人血糖及平均住院日比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论血糖管理MDT+院内血糖管理系统+强生糖尿病学院学习平台应用,能提高全院血糖管理整体水平,有效控制围手术期2型糖尿病患者血糖并缩短平均住院日。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of multidisciplinary collaboration in blood glucose management during perioperative period. Methods 150 cases of type 2 diabetes in the perioperative period were divided into groups, the intervention group and the control group were 75 cases of each group, the blood glucose management was carried out by different methods, the evaluation and statistical treatment of the nursing staff online assessment, the two groups of blood glucose and the average hospitalization days were carried out.Results The score of nursing staff, blood glucose and average length of stay in the two groups were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion The blood glucose management MDT+ hospital glucose management system + Johnson diabetes college learning platform can improve the overall level of blood glucose management in the whole hospital, effectively control the blood sugar of patients with type 2 diabetes in perioperative period and shorten the average hospital days.更多还原
